IT CO is highly slept on, since is has no cap you can end up making trillions/per hour, though requires much upkeep. i’m currently making ~350B/hour. Collecting and reassigning the last project every 30 minutes. I have 18000 employees and pay about 8.7B/hour (the same as a maxed holding company).
Hiring Employees : a random skill level and random salary are assigned to each employee, the ranges are listed below. Personally I hire lots of employees, then fire all with below average skill level or above average salary, leaving me with just the highly skilled and cheap employees.

Middle developers are 2.8x faster than them, and Senior developers are 11 2/3x faster, 4 1/6x faster than the Middle developers. Note: only 1 team leader can be selected per project, and the skill level requirement is showen, all other positions combine skill levels to form a total.
